I can not find a baptism record for her in Cherrington, however there is a baptism for an Ann Timms, daughter of Henry and Ann Timms of Stourton, in Whichford on this date. We know that her parents married in Barcheston but he was described as being from Stourton and Ann Attwood was from Cherrington. On that basis she is likely the daughter of my Henry and Ann Timms as she is married around the same time as the other children of Henry and Ann and she appears as a witness to two marriages. If I am correct, her parents changed residences between the date of her birth and that of her siblings. I took the names of her four children from the wills of her brothers Henry and John and from the MI's for Cherrington. I could be wrong about the two boys as only Hannah and Anne are in the wills of their uncles.
Banns for her marriage to John Jarrett were read on the three Sundays prior to the wedding. In the marriage register, she is only Ann Timms; in the banns, her name is shown as "Ann T. Timms". She signed with an X, as did her sister Margaret who was a witness.

She is in her uncle Henry's will in 1821, so she died after then.

Something is off here. There are two children of John and Ann Jarret baptised in early 1776 - Joseph on January 1st and Thomas on April 29th. Either there were another John and Ann or one of these children belongs to another couple.

It turns out he left a will dated 2 March 1777, a copy of which has come into my hands from a distant cousin, Alison Potterson. In summary it said:
Copy will of Stephen Jarrett, Cherington, Warks., yeoman.
To father Stephen Jarrett: £10 annuity charged on estates at Cherington.
To son Joseph Jarrett: £60 and all livestock and farming implements and personal estate on majority. To daughters Ann and Hannah: £40 each at 21 or marriage.
To son Stephen: real estate at Cherington and Stanton. To wife [Ann]: trusteeship of personal estate and guardianship of children and sole executrix.
Thomas Attwood, William Dickens both of Cherington, joint guardians of children.
Witnesses: Elizabeth Lodge, Joseph Hands, Thomas Dyke.
Proved at Worcester 16 August 1777.

In the parish records for Cherington, his parents are said to be Stephen Jarrett and Anne, his wife. Was this a mistake or does he belong to another Stephen? More than likely it was a mistake.

Her baptism is incorrectly attributed to Stephen and Ann Jarret. It clearly should read Stephen and Hannah Jarret.

There is a marriage indenture sent to me by Alison Potterson re the marriage of Stephen Jarret the younger and Mary White. It is dated May 11, 1663. It is fascinating in that the parties to it are Stephen Jarrett the elder, of Cherington, Yeoman, the first party; Anthony Dickins of Cherington, Gentleman and Robert Hierne of Southrope, Hooknorton, Oxfordshire, Yeoman, as the second parties; and Stephen Jarrett the younger of Cherington and Mary White of Whichford, spinster. It refers to an earlier indenture dated 1650 whereby Robert Lucy let one yardland to Stephen Jarrett the elder for a term of 99 years at 10 pounds a year. What happened was that Mary White paid 100 pounds to the Jarrett family and in return got the remaining 86 years on the lease.
