Method:
Preheat oven 325 F |
500 g cottage cheese
1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted
|
Mix cottage cheese and chopped spinach together in a separate bowl.

6-8 cups of Bolognese spaghetti sauce
oven-ready lasagna noodles
2-3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
|
Layer the ingredients in a 2-inch deep, heavy, rectangular baking pan, starting with a thin layer of sauce.
Place the first row of lasagna noodles lengthwise, arranging them side by side. If necessary, fill in the rows with short, broken pieces.
Cover with a layer of mozzarella, then a layer of sauce.
Place the 2nd row of noodles crosswise, breaking pieces if necessary to fit.
Cover with the cottage cheese/spinach mixture.
Place the 3rd row of noodles lengthwise, again filling in as necessary.
Cover with the remaining mozzarella and sauce.

Bake at 325 F for 30-40 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and top is browned.
Let sit in turned-off oven (with oven door open) for 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
